Description

Enjoy a bird’s eye view of the Big Island as you fly over roaring waterfalls and the rainforest canopy. Come discover why Umauma Falls is considered the premier destination zipline in all of Hawaii.

Umauma Falls hosts a spectacular two-mile zipline course that features nine long ziplines, four of which are dual lines perfect for side-by-side gliding or racing. You’ll fly over the rainforest canopy, 2,000 feet of river, and past fourteen (!) waterfalls. Plus, you'll enjoy a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean along the way.

The Umauma Zipline Tour gets off to a fun start on the dual racing ziplines (the first 4 lines).  These ziplines allow you to zip side-by-side with someone in your party.  You’ll enjoy sharing that special moment with your significant other, friend, or family member as you fly through the amazing scenery found on the Hamakua Coast of the island of Hawaii.

As the tour continues, not only will you enjoy unobstructed views of a 100-foot waterfall, but you’ll also look towards the summit of the sacred Mauna Kea!  One of the most scenic parts of the tour is when you'll zipline over 2000 feet of river and the many cascades along the river.  You truly won’t believe what you are seeing and doing, this is a special trip.

Visitors cross a river gorge via the 200-foot suspension bridge at Umauma Falls Zipline course, Big Island, Hawaii.

Then, just keep things interesting and get you back on your feet for a bit, you’ll cross a 200-foot suspension bridge which is over 100 feet above a water filled lava tube and fern grotto on your way to the second half of the course.  Then it's back up in the air for more fun and excitement, including a close-up view of the one and only Umauma Falls.  You’ll also get to enjoy the view from an exclusive shelter reserved for zipline tour guests.

This is truly a once in a lifetime experience.  There are other zipline courses on the Big Island, but none come close to the scenery, speed, and length of ziplines that you’ll find at Umauma Falls Zipline. Come see for yourself why Umauma Falls Zipline is the best rated zipline in Hawaii!
