A group watches the sunset from high on a mountain, above the clouds. You'll know it's time for the light show as people start to gather in the viewing area and the sky begins to dim. Be sure to dress warmly as the temperature drops quickly at this elevation. Watch the shadows grow long as the sky the turns from blue to orange. On a clear day you see distant islands and other volcanic summits from this vantage point. Guests often speak of the sense of calm felt by watching the sunset from Haleakala. It's a place like no other and the views run off into infinity. Don't miss your opportunity to witness this nightly event with the Haleakala Sunset Tour.
